Introducing myself

Hi,

My name is Mark Tiger, creator of this blog, and of the "Smokers to Non-Smokers" program.

I started smoking at the age of twelve, by the time I was twenty years old, I was completely addicted to nicotine products.  For the next twenty years I repeatedly tried to become a non-smoker.  I tried absolutely everything that I could find, but it was no use, nothing worked.  For twenty years I was smoking anywhere from 20 cigarettes a day, to 60 cigarettes a day, and desperately trying to stop smoking.

Finally in 1999, twenty eight years after smoking my first cigarette, and after twenty years of total addiction to tobacco products.  I finally managed to become a non-smoker.  It was the greatest day of my life, the biggest turning point in my life.  By the time I stopped smoking I had permanent bronchitus, it took me around three years to recover from the bronchitus.

About six years after becoming a non-smoker, I decided to share the methods that I had used to help other smokers to become non-smokers.

Since then, I have helped over three hundred people in one on one sessions to become non-smokers.  At the end of the program that I put them through, there were only three people that said that they were still smokers.  So my success rate was just a little over 99%.  I feel confident that if those three people, were to attend my re-structured and improved program, they would also become non-smokers.

However after a few years, I became aware that some of the people who had been through my program, and had become non-smokers.  Had after a period of months or years, become smokers again.  I set about restructuring the program, to make it even more powerful, then it already was; and also added a support structure for people who had already become non-smokers.  The new program is designed to turn you into a non-smoker, and keep your non-smoker status for the rest of your life.

What some of my former clients said about the program:

  • By the time I got to the end of the Session, nearly four hours after sitting down; I was exhausted, but I was finally a non-smoker.

  • It hit me when I got to my friends party.  All my friends were offering me a cigarette, and I told them all, that I was a non-smoker.  You should have seen the expression of shock on their faces.

  • When I sat down in your chair, I doubted that you could help me, after more than 40 years of smoking.  Over the years, I had tried everything to become a non-smoker, nothing had worked.  When I got out of your chair a few hours later, it was with a sense of joy.  I was a non-smoker.

  • When you started explaining the Layman’s Mind Map, I thought that this was going to be complicated.  But when you got to the affirmations, trigger points and a sip of water, it all started to make sense.  I knew I could do it, and I did.

  • To be honest, I had no faith in your program.  I just attended your program, because my wife wanted me to, and she paid for it.  I even nodded off a few times, during the session.  An amazing thing happened:  When I got home I was a non-smoker.  I started referring all the smokers I knew to your program.
