I was totally addicted to tobacco products, mainly cigarettes; and spent 20 years desperately trying to stop smoking without succeeding.
Finally in 1999, I used a method that I had created for myself; and I managed to become a non-smoker. I never smoked again.
In 2005, I decided to share the methods that I had used to successfully become a Non-Smoker, with Smokers who wanted to become Non-Smokers.
After helping over three hundred Smokers to become Non-Smokers, my success rate was a little over 99%. From this experience I have improved the program, to assist those who are already non-smokers; to remain non-smokers for the rest of their lives.
Smoking Facts – Part 1
Have you ever wondered why somebody who daily, smokes a certain number of cigarettes will get to that number consistently, day after day. There is a mechanism that helps smokers to achieve this, and we refer to it commonly as the Sub-Conscious Mind. The Sub-Conscious mind is the goal achiever, and will help you to achieve your goals, whatever they are. To be technically more correct, it is the super-conscious mind that achieves whatever program is in your sub-conscious mind. The super conscious will 100% guaranteed, achieve whatever program is in your sub-conscious mind. So as a smoker, you have a program in your Sub-Conscious mind that keeps you going as a Smoker.
Without changing this program it is almost impossible to become a non-smoker. Once this program is changed, you become a non-smoker almost on auto-pilot with minimal side effects. It is this mind mechanism that drives you to smoke a pack of 20 cigarettes a day or 30 cigarettes a day or 40 or more cigarettes a day. Some people eventually get up to 120 cigarettes per day.

Did you know that after three days of being a non-smoker, the Nicotine levels in your bloodstream sink so low, that you have essentially broken the addiction, from a physical perspective. Actually after about 27 days, the Nicotine is very difficult to trace in your blood, and you have essentially finished with your physical withdrawal symptoms. Every craving or thought about smoking after that is from the mind and not the body. Nicotine addiction is mainly in the mind. You see the mind remembers how it felt when the physical Nicotine addiction was satisfied. Many people are drawn to start smoking again, after months or years of being a Non-Smoker; long after the physical withdrawal symptoms have worked their way out of the body.
This program addresses the mind addiction, which I believe to be in excess of 90% of the problem associated with becoming a Non-Smoker. This is probably why the success rate of this program is very close to 100%.
